The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The warm cookies were great and the staff was customer service oriented.
The elevators moved a little fast for my mother-in-law.

It was across the street from our main cause of travel.
The room was absolutely bad.
Staff was really friendly but we got stuck in a really bad 2 twin bed room. It was cramped with my girlfriend and her son, and even if her son was not there, the room would've stunk.
